Medan City is the capital of the province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. The city is the third largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta and Surabaya, and the largest city outside Java. Medan City is the gateway to the western part of Indonesia in the presence of Belawan Port and Kuala Namu International Airport, which is the second largest airport in Indonesia.


Medan is the first city in Indonesia that integrates airports with trains. Bordering the Malacca Strait makes Medan a very important city of commerce, industry and business in Indonesia.


Like other cities in Indonesia, there are a lot of tourist attractions in Medan. Ranging from natural sights, to unique and fun eating places as part of Medan’s culinary attractions.

At your arrival at the airport you will be picked up by our guide. After then the trip will proceed to Parapat, a city on the shores of Lake Toba. En route we will be pleased by the landscape scenery of rubber and oil palm plantations and small towns such as Tebing Tinggi and Pematang Siantar. Lunch will be provided during the trip. And stops at Pasar Bengkel(Market) in Perbaungan where they sell various snacks and dodol. Also we will stop at the Paten shop in Pematang Siantar, a place which sells specialty foods and stuff of Siantar and The Dewi Kwan Im Temple. After we arrive at Parapat, we will check in at the hotel. And followed by Dinner at the hotel.
Option: You can also stay on Samosir Island if the hotel in Parapat is full. After we arrive at Parapat we will cross to Samosir Island, an island in the middle of Lake Toba by public ferry. Then we will check in at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will start with a half-day tour on Samosir Island, an island in the middle of Lake Toba. Visiting the Tomok village to see the tomb of King Sidabutar and the village of Ambarita see the stone chairs left by King Sialagan and see Batak specialty souvenirs. then return to Parapat by ferry and leave for Medan in about 5 hours through small towns. Arriving in Medan, we will check in at the hotel.

City tour of Medan. First we will visit the Maimoon Palace, the palace of Old Deli Sultanate and Chinese Temple. Then we will visit home industry producing passion fruit / maracuja syrup. Drop off for shopping at Pajak Ikan Lama textile market and Central Market / Medan Mall if there is enough time. Free on own activities until time to be transferred to airport for departure.
Based on current traffic clients must leave hotel for apt 4 hrs before dept flight

1. Guests will depart with a minimum number of 2 guests.
2. For booking procedure, please make a deposit of 50% of tour fare as down payment and send us your ID card photo.
3. Itinerary may be changed due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
4. No booking has been made yet, price are subject to change.
5. Cancellation fees by guests in time:
    a. 15-30 days before departure is 50% of the tour price.
    b. 7-15 days before departure is 80% of the tour price.
    c. Less than 7 days before departure is 100% of the tour price.
6. In the case of Force Majeure / forced / natural disasters, riots, etc., the itinerary can be changed both the arrangement and the schedule without prior notice, this is for the benefit and safety of the entire Klix Tour & Travel group. In this case Klix Tour & Travel is not responsible for returning fees or money for services that have been paid but have not used, including the additional fees.
7. There is no return fee if the guest cancels for partial or the whole tour program that has been determined because of :
    a. Sickness
    b. Force majeure
    c. Third parties that cause guests cannot leave
8. Guests must follow the tour rule from Klix Tour & Travel.
